"What do i do when im afriad of taking a position of leadership?" --- Become a leader.

Waja'alna mutaq'eena imaama

Those who have fear of Allah (swt) are leaders. -- We are conquerors. A conqueror fears nothing, except Allah (swt). Step up and take your bull by the horns.

You wake up and realize the shirt that Allah (swt) has dressed you in. If you fear Allah, you are a leader. As a Muslim you are a leader.

Wake up and realize the responsibility you have and fulfill your obligations towards Allah (swt).

Take your bull by the horns and put your trust in Allah (swt).
